2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When you visit our website, information is automatically sent to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved file
• Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)
• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer

3. Use of the Editor

The floor plans created in the editor are stored in your browser (Session Storage). When exporting, the data is transmitted to our server to generate the 3D models. This data is used exclusively for providing the service and is not shared with third parties.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics

We use two categories of cookies on this site: technically necessary cookies that are required for basic site operation (including storing your cookie-banner choice for one year), and optional analytics cookies for Google Analytics and PostHog. The analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner. If you click "Necessary only", no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google or PostHog. Neither analytics tool is loaded on our order or payment pages, so your name, address and payment details are never transmitted to either provider, regardless of consent.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how visitors use our website. Data collected includes pages viewed, approximate location (country/region only), device type and browser. IP addresses are anonymized by Google. Google may transfer this data to servers in the USA.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time by deleting the "cookie_consent" cookie in your browser. Further information on Google Analytics is available in Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

In addition we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) to understand how visitors use our landing pages and our model editor — for example, which configuration steps are completed. PostHog data is hosted in the EU region. PostHog is deliberately NOT loaded on the order and payment pages, so your name, address and payment details are never transmitted to PostHog.

As with Google Analytics, the legal basis for PostHog tracking is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time by deleting the "cookie_consent" cookie. PostHog's own privacy policy is available at https://posthog.com/privacy.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure how often advertising leads to a relevant action — namely opening our model editor or sending us a business inquiry. The tag only signals that such an action occurred; it does not transmit the contents of any form you submit. As with the analytics tools, the legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, withdrawable at any time by deleting the "cookie_consent" cookie, and the tag is only loaded after you click "Accept all".
