Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

However, in accordance with § 312g(2)(1) BGB, no right of withdrawal exists for contracts for the delivery of goods that:

• are not prefabricated, and
• for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
• are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since the goods we offer are individually manufactured according to customer specifications, no right of withdrawal exists.

Note on Statutory Warranty Rights

Statutory rights in respect of defects (warranty rights) remain unaffected by this exclusion.
