§ 1 Scope of Use

The SenseScape Floor Plan Editor ("Editor") is provided exclusively for personal, private use. By using the Editor, you agree to these Terms of Use.

§ 2 Prohibition of Commercial Use

Any commercial use of the Editor and its output (including but not limited to floor plans, 3D models, and STL files) is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Selling, licensing, or otherwise monetizing designs created with the Editor
• Using designs for commercial construction, architecture, or planning purposes
• Offering services to third parties based on the Editor's output

§ 3 Restrictions on Non-Commercial Use

Even for non-commercial purposes, the following restrictions apply:

• The Editor software may not be copied, modified, or deployed on your own servers or platforms
• Using the Editor to generate files (e.g. STL, floor plans) for use outside of this platform is not permitted

Sharing or displaying items that you have designed with the Editor or purchased through our shop is expressly permitted.

§ 4 Intellectual Property

The Editor, its source code, algorithms, and user interface are the intellectual property of SenseScape. The right to use the Editor does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the user.

§ 5 Limitation of Liability

The Editor is provided "as is" without warranty. SenseScape assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the designs created with the Editor. The designs are not suitable for use as official building plans or technical documentation.

§ 6 Termination of Access

SenseScape reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Editor at any time in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use.
